Return Policy
Product may be returned to VOOM Technologies, Inc. for a
full refund within the first 30 days after purchase. Please
contact a VOOM representative at support@voomtech.com to
request a Return Material Authorization ("RMA")
number. All returns must have a RMA number and the date
of purchase. The return must include all the original contents,
i.e., card, cable, manuals, and disks to be eligible for
a refund. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid
via a traceable shipper, in an approved shipping container
(preferably the original packaging) and insured to the
amount listed on the RMA. VOOM Technologies, Inc. is not
responsible for goods lost or damaged during transit. Unauthorized
returns, i.e. returns without an RMA number, will be returned
to you at your expense.
Warranty Policy
VOOM Technologies, Inc., warrants the Instant Save Instant
Restore hardware against defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for one (1) year from the
original date of purchase. VOOM, at its option, shall repair
or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.
In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must
have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions
accompanying this warranty. This warranty shall not apply
if the product is modified, tampered with, misused, abused,
or subjected to abnormal working conditions (including,
but not limited to lightening and water damage). This warranty
is valid only if the product is used on the computer or
system specified in the Installation & User's Guide.

or contact technical support.
Please retain the order confirmation number as evidence
of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty
service.
To obtain warranty service during the warranty period you
must:
Call the VOOM Customer Service Department at 651-998-1618.
Give a full description of the problem.
Obtain a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA).
Pack the PRODUCT in its original packaging being careful
to use the anti-static bag that was provided with the original
packaging. This is important to assure the product will not
be damaged in shipping. Enclose a letter inside the package
that provides your business name, contact person, address,
telephone number, e-mail address, RMA #, and a brief description
of the problem. You must also enclose a copy of the sales
receipt.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS
THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. THIS WARRANTY IS IN
LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND VOOM TECHNOLOGIES SHALL IN
NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations
or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
that vary from state to state.
