30 Day Return Policy :
You may return any product to Voom Technologies, Inc. (VoomTech) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
30 Day Return Instructions:
- Prior to returning any merchandise , you must contact a VoomTech representative to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and RMA number and follow instructions therein to ensure credit.

Please be prepared to provide the VoomTech representative with the product serial number, the invoice number and the date of purchase in order to facilitate this process.

Once you receive your RMA and RMA number, the items to be returned are to be shipped prepaid and insured in the amount indicated by the RMA.

Items must be shipped in the original packaging (if possible) or in a preapproved container.
- A tracking number is required.

Please make sure all items returned are in the same good condition in which you received them.

Please be sure to include in the return package a copy of the invoice and any manuals, accessories and/or parts that were originally included with the product, along with a copy of the RMA.
- If you do not obtain an RMA, your return will not be able to be processed and will be sent back to you at your expense.
NOTE: Voom Technologies, Inc., is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or there is extensive damage to the shipping carton upon receipt, please contact a VoomTech representative immediately.
