Prequalified Beta Program potential participants will be notified in advance of upcoming products for which they are qualified to test, via email. This notification will include a brief description of the product to be tested and a request for an indication of interest in participation.

Upon receipt of an indication of your interest, a second notification will be made outlining the specifics of the particular program and an invitation to participate (providing there are still participant slots available). Preference will be given to educators, government personnel, Voom partners and current Voom product users, although participant selections will reflect a 'first-come, first-served' model, as well .

Voom's Beta Test Programs generally require a weekly or bi-weekly email indicating general test procedures and test outcomes, noting problems and suggestions, as well as positive feedback and successful tests. Testing : We are sensitive to other commitments that you may have - there is flexibility in testing requirements. Feedback : We would like you to be thorough, although you may be concise.

During the program, you will be asked to update firmware and re-test the product, providing feedback. Firmware update notifications will be forwarded to you via email as they are necessary and available. Also, you may be asked to exchange your product for an updated version and to repeat testing and provide feedback. In order to facilitate these efforts, technical support personnel will be available to answer questions and provide assistance.

At the conclusion of a Beta Test Program, the product tested will be a fully functional release version and will be available for you to keep at a discounted, pre-release price . Should you decide not to keep the tested product, you are free to return it to Voom.
